Advent Calender

Today I want to share my advent calender for my husband. I used the pillow box punch board by We are Memory Keepers to make 24 cute pillow boxes. A 6x6 paperpad is just perfect for this, I used the Holiday one by Fancy Pants. After that I filled the boxes with sweets and dressed them up with bakers twine, ribbon (American Crafts) and free printables.

These red numbers come in two different designs and you can download them here. They are designed by Svenja and I just love the red/white but simple look. They are perfect for advent calenders and you can use them for your december daily too.

I wish you all a happy and scrappy weekend!

Layouts [Let´s Get The Party Started, Happy Halloween]

Hei and welcome back, Today I have 2 scrapbook layouts for you, I know, most of you are totally in the chrismas mood but I just had to make 2 pages from my last party event here at home. And that was Halloween. The kids loved it, they loved to get dressed up, unfortunatelt I took no photos of them, but I took at least some pictures from the decoration and party food.

So here are my two pages. I used some decoration (the tags) at my first scrapbook layout. All papers and embellishments are from Pebbles. I got the whole collection and there are still some papers left. Maybe I can use them next year to make more fun decoration and stuff!

Hope you all have a fine day. I am off to work now and it is snowing here. Unbelievable!

Mini Book [With You] Inspired By Céline Navarro

I purchased 4 mini book workshops over at Studio Calico and the last two days I was working on the mini book inspired by Céline Navarro I just love her artsy style and first I thought, well the mini is quite nice but no, I do not want to get that messy. But after watching all the videos, I was like: yeah, I definitely can make one and get super messy with mists, gesso and such. So the past 2 days I was totally in the mood for it and the mini book came quickly together.

This mini is all about my husband and me in Paris. Yes, it is my second mini book about this recent summer trip to Paris, but I just love these photos in black and white and I hade to make another mini book.

I used some random pictures from Paris, like the Louvre, the Eiffeltower and some happy pictures from my husband and me.

The color scheme is quite simple, I wanted to have a romantic look with flowers, girlie colors like pink and peach.

I did not emboss the words, I just love the kraft look and I used some kraft tags too, so all coordinates quite well.
I just really love this mini book about my recent summer trip to Paris. A great memory. You can see all my other 3 mini books which I made after the mini books workshops over at Studio Calico here, here and here.
Have a nice and scrappy day!

Happy Scrappy Friends Blog Hop - November [Mini Album]

December Daily 2014 [Foundation Pages]

Hei and welcome back. It was a long time since my last post but I was quite busy over the past days. We had a great Halloween Party the other day and now I am in the mood for Christmas crafting.

I decided to start with my December Daily. I made a 4x4 mini album and used some great free printables I found at pinterest, Instagram Journaling Cards by We Are Memory Keepers (Studio Gold by Teresa Collins), some pretty paper from different collections and big golden alphas by Pebbles, sequins from Studio Calico and plastic stars that came with last years december daily kit by Ali Edwards for Studio Calico. I love to use my old stash.
I ordered more embellishments by Evalicious and Judenesbitt, a seller from etsy and some nice stamps and dies by Lawn Fawn.

I just love the mix of different brands and most papers and embellishments fit the color scheme I have used. I love all the gold, black and white and I wanted to combine it with my alltime favorite color red, some green and aqua.

I hope you like my december daily album so far. I will post more photos of it in january when its filled with pictures, more embellishments and journaling.
